Question 3: What is "Cà phê mảnh" (Broken Coffee)?
Answer: It is ground Arabica Typica that has been broken into smaller pieces, with 10-15% of remaining impurities removed from the coffee bean crevices. We call it "Pure Coffee."
Purpose:
• Convenient to use – can be brewed using a traditional teapot or steeped in a thermal flask.
• Blending with Robusta – for use with an i-Phin filter.
• Blending with tea – such as Shan Tuyet or Oolong tea.
Question 4: What is the main difference of i-Phin?
Answer:
• i-Phin allows for a clear coffee brew, similar to the Pour-over method using V60 or V40, while reducing the use of paper filters, making it more environmentally friendly.
• The built-in filter enables the addition of broken Arabica coffee, creating a unique A-Rô blend.
• The built-in filter also allows for blending with Shan Tuyet or Oolong tea, a distinctive and exclusive feature of LKT Artisan Coffee.
